Buyer's account has been closed.

I do not believe there is any "recovery" from a buying account closure.

If you were charged for orders, you should receive them. If not, go through your credit card with a chargeback.

If this was the buying account connected to your selling account, and the buying account is closed, the selling account will not be accessible or usable.
