Sell used clothes on amazon
Hi
I created an individual seller account and the verification team asked me to provide some information about the item I was going to sell, I told them I sell old pants.
and then i read that selling used clothing is not allowed on amazon but it was too late i sent that email
and now they ask me about the origin of those items, now I don’t know how to reply to that email?
is that email just for fun after they suspend my account after all?
Please give me some advice, I am very confused

You are correct only New clothing can be sold on Amazon.
As to replying to Amazon’s e-mail, if you want to get your account verified you will either need to confirm that you genuinely ( do not lie) will be selling New clothes or show that you are planning to sell different products in another category.
