Importing to US then sending to FBA warehouse
Hello, I’m only in my first year on amazon and I’m not very knowledgeable so I don’t think I’m taking full advantage of the discount we have with UPS. Currently I pay my manufacturer to ship my products by sea and they use UPS to then take these products to my house in the US. I then prepare the products to be sent to amazon FBA with the correct labeling and take them to UPS again to be sent to Amazon FBA warehouses. I don’t know if I am going about this in the most cost efficient way. Is there a way for me to use our UPS discount to take the products from the port directly to FBA warehouses using our discount with UPS if I get my manufacturer to label them for Amazon instead of being shipped to my house and then to an FBA warehouse? Thank you for any help

You can ship directly to the Amazon fulfillment center, and yes it may be more cost effective. However, there are risks associated with this. As you will not be able to inspect the product and packaging, beforehand. So the big question is do you trust the manufacturer enough to risk it?
