Amazon Reactivation with Mobile Bill
Hello,
What would be the best method to submit my mobile phone bill to Amazon.
Google Fi does not send me a bill through the mail.
And downloaded pdfs do not work, since they considered my pdf water bill to be a screen shot.
Would Amazon accept the mobile phone bill if I downloaded the bill, printed it out, and then scanned a pdf file to upload?
Does anyone have any success with uploading documents using this method?
Please help

It is recommended that if you download a pdf from your provider that you print it, scan it, and save it as jpg.

Hello @Y_DSGNS
Thank you for writing to us. This is Jennie from Amazon.
If the team has requested you to submit the document like mobile bill, water bill or any other bill to verify the identity, there are certain document requirements that needs to be checked before submitting. You can also send us the performance notification that you have received so that we can assist you better. While submitting the document please ensure that your document should :
• be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots) display the full document (and front and back, if applicable).
• Document should display the same information that matches information reflecting on your seller central.
• documents should be clear and not blurry.
• It should be in one of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a copy of your passport and a notarized translation of your document in one of these languages.
• Document must be issued within the last 90 days.
• Document should be in one of these formats: *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.pdf.
• It should be less than 10MB in size
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Jennie.

Hello @Y_DSGNS
Atlas from Amazon here! I understand you are experiencing issues with our identity verification process.
So, the document from the IRS is unlikely to have any effect unless there is a specific purpose behind providing it. Did you verify that everything matches 100% to what is entered on seller central for the phone bill? Is it properly dated within 90 days? If they can’t accept that document, you may be able to submit another type of utility bill. As a reminder of the accepted documents:
- Piped/natural gas
- Electricity
- Piped water
- Internet service
- Fixed phone bill
The bill must be unaltered and in one of the supported languages. Otherwise, it does need to be submitted alongside a notarized copy. I would also be sure to look through the list of information that was provided by @ABC_23 as it could provide some insight into some of the things to try to avoid when going through this process.
