How to contact direct help to get a £30 refund for pro account

Recently, setting up my account I wanted to go for individual but somehow selected pro account. I’ve downgraded but have already been charged. How can I get a phone number or direct help support to get the refund?

You will need to open a case with Seller Support - Help at top right.

You will need to scroll down to Need more Help - Get Support - then click on selling on the arrow, and then scroll down again to the link in light blue saying something like ‘or browse your issue in the menu’

Only option is to raise a case and ask Amazon if they will refund.
