SAFE-T Claim under Investigation
Dear Amazon Team,

I uploaded everything related to the discrepancy what i faced at the time of customer return. I sent combo bag to customer but at the time return, i received only one bag. So, that i raised the safe-t claim but amazon team got denied my request than again i provided everything & now it shows under investigation since last 10days.
So, kindly clear the safe-t claim which was pending since last 10days & reimbursed the amount as early as possible because this is not at all acceptable from amazon.

same issue for me. Trying since 1 month now. they are rejecting every time despite the photos and video proofs of unpacking and wrong item received. alsio our item is very expensive over 5k. and the wrong returned item is a water bottle.

Similar thing happen to me but in my case I received soap instead to my product . I have shared all valid proofs along with video of opening of sealed return package, after all this my claim was rejected twice and the reason given by AMAZON is You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims. I mean how vague is this thing, when as a seller we are complying with all AMAZON policies and giving huge commissions and after all this if AMAZON deny our genuine claims then what is the point behind all this . Gradually AZAZON will become easy theft platform for scamsters. Safe-T claim id- 51121-64406-1444414
