EU Responsible Person Label
Hey guys, regarding existing stock in Amazon EU. Do we have to label the Responsible Person details before Dec 13th, or is it the new stock that will be sent post Dec 13th. I hope its the latter, otherwise this would be a very costly exercise to label the existing stock which shouldn't be worn by the seller!

Please find below the answer from GPSR team:
"First, you must verify the compliance of your products with existing legislation. Your products must satisfy all existing requirements, and the corresponding documents (such as the technical documentation and test reports, and a declaration of conformity) must be drawn up.
All listings on Amazon's EU stores must comply with our GPSR policy, as stated on the help page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/GQAYBJPNAZ2LMDDT).
However, "inventory" shipped to our fulfillment centers before December 13, 2024, can continue to be sold after that date, providing that the product detail page meets the requirements."
