We are global sellers from India selling on Amazon UK and are facing repeated rejections of our bank verification, despite complying with Amazon’s Payment Service Provider Programme (PSPP).

As per Amazon’s policy, sellers must use an Amazon-approved PSP or a traditional deposit-taking bank for disbursements. PingPong is an officially approved PSP, yet our PingPong welcome letter and bank statement are being arbitrarily rejected.

Additionally, Amazon is now requesting a Citi Bank statement, which is not a requirement under the PSPP policy. Citi Bank is a virtual account issued via the PingPong platform, through which payments are converted into INR and transferred to our Indian bank account. This is a common practice followed by major global sellers using approved PSPs like PingPong.

Why This Is a Serious Concern:

• Amazon itself has approved PingPong as a valid PSP, yet its official documents are not being accepted.

• Citi Bank is not a standalone account but a virtual account linked to PingPong, a practice widely accepted in global e-commerce.

I request that you investigate why my account is not being automatically verified under the PSPP and provide a clear explanation for the repeated requests for documentation that I have already provided.

My UK seller account has been deactivated due to section 3

I am a white label seller with all needed authorisation to rebrand two products which have been deactivated. I have also been invited with these two brands on Amazon registry.

After the appeal which included all requested information I have been told to send Supplier information.

My supplier has been contacted by Amazon verification team on 18/12/2024 with the Reference Number: T 10601706992 and confirmed the authenticity of the purchase.

The supplier confirmed the authenticity of the invoice too late on the 3rd of January 2025 (16 days later)

Between that time, my submitted information has been automatically rejected with the following email: "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account."

I have called Amazon health support team yesterday and I have been asked to submit screenshots of the email conversation between me and my supplier in which the screenshot of the email which has been sent by AMAZON verification team has been submitted.

I submitted the information yesterday and today and received the automatic email again: We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account."

I have called my supplier to ask if they have got a new email from the Amazon verification team but nobody has contacted them yet.

Can anyone help me with this issue, is there somebody who could potentially send the invoices to my supplier again please?

We have submitted to Report abuse: A customer who is violating returns and refund policies

And Amazon has given us complaint ID, but no one reply. We contacted the support team but they stated they do not have access to the investigation for Complaint ID and neither can contact the investigations team directly.

We would like to report a buyer who has been buying with us after buying for 6 times, and the returned items were with the fake label that made by the buyer and were totally different items, which doesn't meet our market value. Now this buyer is ordering again and we are worried about it will happen the same.

Provided the complaint ID as below:

• The 2nd time we submitted on June 6th, complaint ID: 15398018141

We would like to know if you may help us to transfer this case to the investigations team, or provide us with the contact information so we could contact them directly.
