My account is closed but I am still charged for the last 6 months
Hi, My account has already been closed but I am still charged for the past few months - I don’t understand what those charges are.
I have no way to contact the customer support too as my account is already suspended.
Any idea what to do?

What do you mean by closed? If you can still post here I assume that you can check your transactions to see what the charges are for?

Thanks for responding to my question.
I can see the transaction details but I do not understand why they are charging me for something that happened in Feb till April (so far its till April) - whereas I have already stopped selling since January 2020.
My account is suspended because Amazon wants me to register as a Business but I was just selling as an individual during my university days.
I am already working full time now and do not want to sell anymore. So I do intend to close the account but I just can’t due to 2 issues:-
- I have a stranded inventory which I cannot dispose because the account is suspended
- I tried contacting customer service but my HELP > CASE LOG do not allow me to ask anything else except APPEAL - I have already sent an email for the APPEAL team to help but yet to receive any word from them.
So am at lost on what to do to stop Amazon from deducting money from my account.
