Hi guys its my first time setting up a Toys with amazon FBA.
Bought 100 units before i could think , from Alibaba
My Appeal got rejected because of following reason:
Your case has been verified and, due to the languages other than European languages, present on the image, we are unable to validate the product type, batch, serial, model number, CE mark, the brand or the address where the company can be contacted.
Therefore, we are kindly asking you to provide a clear product or packaging image which displays the product type, batch, serial, model number, CE mark, the brand or the address where the company can be contacted.
By providing all-edges, optimal-quality images of the product or its packaging, you ensure that all of the above requirements are met and reduce the possibility of delays in approval process.
Please resubmit the EC Declaration of Conformity for ASIN *********** with the following information:
- Name and function of the signatory
We kindly ask you to use external resources in order to find the requirements for the EU Declaration of Conformity.

How can I create labels that show:
Product type
Batch/serial/model number
CE mark
Brand information
Company contact address
All this information must be in English or another European language. These labels need to be placed on your product or packaging where they are clearly visible.
Because Chinese Language is Rejecting by Amazon

a moderator isn’t going to offer or provide advice like that.
But in short if the manufacturer isn’t being helpful you as the importer will need to get a declaration of conformity drawn up.

The first thing you need to do is find out if the manufacturer has an agent in Europe acting as their Responsible Person. Unfortunately Chinese and Taiwanese factories often just put a CE mark on anything they make without really bothering about whether they are actually compliant. Following last year's changes in Eu law, this is no longer acceptable (to be fair, it was never really acceptable but easy to get away with). You need to have a European agent who is prepared to vouch for the products when challenged, i.e. they must be able to provide proper testing certificates and other documents when appropriate, to prove your goods comply with Eu regulations (and hence, relevant ISO standards). The Responsible Person MUST be based in the Eu, they cannot be in the UK, nor can you be that person.
There are companies in Europe offering this service, it isn't cheap and you should be aware that, if they agree to do it, they are putting their own necks on the line if there is some sort of investigation, hence they will insist that you provide adequate documentation for your products. This will include things like test certificates, risk assessments, instructions, safety information etc.
If your manufacturer has all of this covered then great, you just need to get the relevant info from them as to who their Responsible Person is, otherwise it's down to you I'm afraid.

First of all you are now classed as an Importer in the eyes of the law!
Toys are highly regulated it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the items are properly CE tested and part of the CE test includes the items are correctly labelled.
You should also carry product liability insurance, if their is an accident the authorities will come looking for you as the importer!
To be quite honest if you dont know any of this then DO NOT IMPORT TOYS !!

Personally I would not purchase anything from Alibaba!
As others say selling TOYS is a minefield !
