Does anyone know how to get their marketplace store link
Amazon has decided to delete our old store link which used to be: www.amazon.co.uk/shops/ourstorename. The old naming convention was simple and worked so, of course, Amazon has decided to change it for something which isn’t simple and doesn’t work. Does anyone know how to discover what they’ve renamed our store as? There were directions to rediscover it online:

Are you brand registered?
Can you not go to one of your products and use the link under the title?
www.amazon.co.uk/shops/ourstorename does not work for me either when I use our store front name, and the URL from clicking on my storefront as a customer is different to that of the storefront URL in Stores > Manage Stores

You can navigate to your store, by simply finding one of your products and clicking on your seller name.
This is only available, if you are on the professional subscription.
If the URL is too long, then it is possible to shorten it, by using a redirect.
ie. using my.amazon.store.co.uk instead of the long version (example only).
If the actual URL changes, you simply update the redirect itself.

A store link can be obtained easily by opening one your products on the amazon website via your seller account. Find your listing and hover over it with your mouse and then click on your store name this should be highlighted in BLUE. It will then open up your feedback page. You will then see on the top left —YOURSTORENAME (e.g. one stop storefront)---- again which is highlighted in blue. Click on this and it will open your storefront. Copy and Paste the URL and that is your link for your storefront.

Click on sold by (Seller Name). Then copy store front link.

If people who are buying the book know that you are the publisher why bother with the amazon side. Get a professional website address that goes to your website and concentrate on directing people there. If you have your own site all your external advertising should be directing people there. Amazon just for people who don’t know and run a search on here. TBH if you have had 1 person asking about the non-working URL in 2 years that sort of speaks volumes.
