FBA Shipment to Amazon stuck at Checked-In status

Hello,

Is it common for a FBA shipment to Amazon to be checked-in with a status "Checked-in" and a message as below.

"Your shipment is at the dock door and is being unloaded. It can take up to two days for small-parcel shipments and up to nine days for LTL and FTL shipments to move from Checked-in status to Receiving status. During peak times, it may take longer."

The package is now stuck at Checked-In status for the past 5 days. Check-in is also at a warehouse location which is different to the destination on the label we used.

All past shipments we have sent get checked-in and received at the same time and within a span of 3-4 days.

I hope all is good but not sure if there is some thing we are missing here.

Thanks for any inputs.

This isn't unusual and they do re-route at times.

An update, this shipment was eligible for investigation on 05th. This closed yesterday with 0 units received. The shipment just got stuck at checked-in status done on 21st September till date.

The shipment was checked-in to XBH5 rather than BHX4 and highlighted it can take up to 2 days for shipment to enter into receiving state.

Now, this is closed with 0 units received.

Now will be a hassle to get a reimbursement on research of missing units. Moreover, these are our own brand manufacturer products, so interesting days ahead on what sort of documentation will be acceptable or not. We are advised of providing the packing slip as the appropriate document however fingers crossed on how this will resole.
