Shipping labels not downloaded - MFN
Thanks for the help in advance, i understand there may already be forums on this issue, but couldn't find a solution anywhere.
I always buy shipping through bulk shipping, and then it automatically downloads the labels. I have purchased quite a lot today, but nothing downloaded. I went back to the homescreen as it was stuck and wasn't loading, then the orders advised they were all shipped.
I didn't receive any downloads for labels. I have gone into each order and selected reprint label, but nothing happens. Usually, when i do this it just reprints the label.
It's not my printer as I have printed labels through other marketplaces and then tried one order on here that wasn't due to be shipped till tomorrow, which worked fine.
Appreciate the help.

I have had similar problem in past. Worse, when your bulk download of labels does not happen and you then have to print them all individually as there is no bulk re-print option.
I also find I have great difficulty directing individual labels to my label printer as it wants to print on a A4 sheet -so I ended up printing each label on A4 and sellotaping to the package instead.
Things to check - have you looked in your download folder on your computer in case the file was downloaded in background?
Have you re-booted computer and then tried printing individual labels?
If neither of the above works you may have to consider deleting the labels and instead using RM Click&Drop instead (assuming RM is your courier).
For future information I now use Packing Partner to do this for me. This will integrate with Amazon and other marketplaces and RM and other couriers and it beings the labels into the package making re-prints a doddle. It uses the Amazon Buy Shipping API so for all intents and purposes it is exactly the same as using Buy Shipping, with all the benefits it brings such as VTR protection.
Packing Partner has other benefits too such as printing Picking/Packing lists and uploading of tracking numbers etc.
