Error listing new product
Ok, so I am a first time seller. I have purchased my barcodes from GS1 and am ready to list my product.
When I try to list my product I get this error - which I believe is common and related to there already being a product in the catalog with my GTIN barcode number. The issue is that I cannot find the product on Amazon when I search for the used ASIN number.
The value ‘X’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘OTL.RF’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B07X99F98R’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).
Any advice on how to solve this?

If the barcode has already been used, contact GS1 and ask them for new barcodes

I would start by trying to add a listing via the Add Product workflow, and use your barcode as an identifier - if it picks up an existing product then you need to go back to GS1 as TLS suggests.
