I am reaching out regarding an issue with our seller account, which was initially verified in Germany during the account creation process, and we successfully listed an item for sale. However, after several months, our account has been marked as inactive due to a verification issue related to the EU marketplaces.
Despite updating and verifying our payment method across all marketplaces, our account remains inactive, and we are unable to open a case with the Seller Support Team due to the status of our store. We kindly request that the Amazon Seller Forums Manager or the relevant team be notified of our issue and assist in resolving it as soon as possible.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
