Not able to contact Seller Support - button disappear
Hello,
Since some time when I click the Contact Seller Support button, there is a window that pops up on the right side and then the button “Contact Us” disappear, so I can only see Forums and Case Log. And it does not matter if I use Amazon.com or UK.
Any suggestions and help are much appreciated.

Actually - mines the same - I have to click on ‘Get support’ at the bottom of the page, which then brings up a similar window on the right but this one has the ‘contact us’ button between ‘forums’ and ‘case log’.

It is there, but not very obvious !
You need to click on ‘contact us’ at the bottom of that box on the right, then select ‘My issue isn’t listed, contact support’ - it’s the last of the ‘Quick Actions’. When you do that you will then be able to choose from the menu what your issue is.
