FBA shipments delivered to fulfillment center for over 2 weeks but no updates
I have 2 shipments (1 goes to LGB8-delivered on June 4 and another 1 goes to FWA4-delivered on June 6).
And I got Proof of Delivery from carrier clearly said they were delivered.
BUT, they were not updated as "DELIVERED" in FBA shipment events, still shows "IN_TRANSIT".
Now 2 weeks has passed by since delivered, no any updates delivered, not even to say "check-in and receiving".
I opened cases but only got official reply saying have to wait till status updates to delivered and blabla......
Could anyone help to investigate this issue? Thanks.
Now is not holiday season or peak time I believe, and this has already exceed the processing time range as Amazon said may take 10 days to check-in and receive.

The receiving times are really bad. I had something delivered on the 8th of this month and it still has not been received or anything.

Checking in on this - have you seen any movement on these shipments in the past few days? Additionally, what is the date on which you can request an investigation? You can find this on the Contents tab of the shipment.
