Subscription Charges Despite Closed Account Since December 2023

Hello,

I am an Amazon seller, and my account has been closed since December 2023. However, Amazon has continued to deduct subscription fees from my account every month despite its closure. To make matters worse, my "Create New Case" section has been closed as well, leaving me unable to reach support or resolve this issue.

This is not just or fair. I have no way to speak to anyone regarding these charges, and Amazon keeps taking money without providing any service in return. This must be illegal, and it's truly disappointing to see such practices from a company like Amazon.

What a shame and disgrace for a company that claims to prioritize customer service. I expect immediate assistance in stopping these charges and a full refund of the fees taken since December 2023.

Are you still able to go into your settings and downgrade your subscription?

if it was closed then the subscriptions shouldn’t have been taken.

Was it by any chance deactivated?

As have you should be able to downgrade account to individual plan which will stop the £30 subscription.

You can request a refund but I believe they will only do that up to a maximum of three months.

As you are able to contribute to this forum, your account is definitely not closed.

Are you being charged a subscription fee or other charges such as storage charges? Maybe for returns? How much are you being charged per month?

As above reply, if you are able to post on the forum, then you account is NOT properly closed. It sounds as though it is deactivated. How did you 'close' the account ?

So you are not charged anymore you need to downgrade the selling plan to individual - go to settings - account info - manage your services, sell on Amazon - same again - then tick the individual button, not professional.

Something a bit odd here if you say you have already downgraded the plan ?
