New Royal Mail account
I'll keep it brief.
So have been selling on Amazon for a number of years now.
The issue that I've come across is that I've put the online side of the business on its own, so transferred the selling account to the new company. and set up a new Royal Mail account.
The issue is, after integrating the Royal Mail account, it is only giving my 1st and second-class options, no tracked 24 or RM 48.
They are on my account but I can not seem to make Amazon understand the issue. nor Royal Mail, who say it's down to Amazon.
Could I have integrated it in the wrong way? all was done through click and drop.
Add Amazon, sign into Seller Central, authorise and that was it.
Click and drop shows a connection, but when going to buy shipping I've only got the options of first or second class, Prim items are going to Evri. I don't even have an account wit them.
any ideas?

hiya, i had an interminable time getting the tracked 24 added correctly to amazon, in the end they gave me a specific royal mail department that deals with it, email was rm-amazonresponses AT clientmail.uk.com, could always try adding your rm account from amazon side as well, go to buy shipping preferences then carrier accounts and manual add your rm token in there, good luck with it!
