Need help with deactivated account
I had previously decided to stop selling on Amazon last year because my husband also has an Amazon account, and we are aware that having multiple accounts is against Amazon's policy. I thought that I had already closed my account, but it appears that I did not complete the process. So my account was deactivated on October 4, 2023 because Amazon was unable to verify my information and i didnt know until my husband's account got deactivated also because of relative account reason. So, now i try to submit all the documents of my information to reactivate account and i will close the account after. The question is that my account does not have an option to call Account Health and i didn't know what documents Amazon needs to verify. i already updated all information in my account, submitted all the document to verify but my account is still not reactivated. Also, after i verify my information on Amazon, i received this email but my account still deactivated
