Does Amazon charges postage and packing for none prime customer
Hi,
I am new seller, does Amazon charges for postage and packing for non prime customers. My product is £14.99 and top of that Amazon is charging 4.99 postage and packing, so it means I will pay fulfilment fee and referral fee.

Presumably you are talking about FBA? You don’t get a reduction in your FBA fee - Amazon still take your FBA fee and the money from the buyer.

You need to clarify - are you fulfilling the orders yourself (FBM - fulfilled by merchant), or using FBA ?
If FBM, and you are on the individual selling plan ie. do NOT pay the £30 a month fee, then the shipping charge to the customer is set by Amazon at a rate that varies depending on the category your items are, eg. books the customer is charged £2.80 P&P, CD/DVDs it is £1.26.
If you are on the Pro selling PLAN and do pay the £30 a month fee, then you can set your own shipping rates, or offer free P&P.
