VTR & Buy shipping
I have changed to Buy Shipping for every order fulfilled since I was threatened back in May. But still my VTR is 0% and I can’t understand what it is I am supposed to do other than click on Buy Shipping?

If you are buying all your labels from Buy Shipping, then your VTR will be fine, and will be validated in the background.
Are you remembering that the report is based on the EDD of the shipments and not the date you bought them - so currently the report is for all shipments with an EDD (or PDD as they call it) of 25 Jun - 24 Jul.

if you started using buy shipping back in May, and buy all your shipping through there your VTR should be 100% or NA (depending on what services you use)

Upon conducting my research, I have found that the Tracking ID that you have entered is invalid, in order to make it valid you would be required to enter the Tracking ID before the Order Confirmation because even though when you are purchasing Buy Shipping you would always need to fill in the tracking details before the package is delivered.
Kindly ensure moving forward you have confirmed or updated the tracking information for your orders before it is delivered to the buyer.

I have bought shipping on every single item since the beginning of June, but my VTR report still says 0%.
Should I just sit tight and hope nothing happens?

Got it, thanks. for every item, it says no under both tracking columns. But how can that be when I clicked on Buy shipping every time and printed out the label that was supplied?

Those are presumably from before you started using buy shipping for all your orders - is it possible your claim of using it from the start of June is a bit exaggerated? As there are orders on there with a delivery date of 13th July, and I’m sure you haven’t set a 6 week delivery timescale

I confess I still don’t quite get it. Maybe I started buying a little later than I thought, though I certainly have done it ever since you guys explained what I had to do. I know amazon have told me I must deliver within 3 days, because I once got into trouble for not doing that – is that the EDD of which you speak? Perhaps I should just wait and see what happens in a week or two?

Thanks Little Shop! OK, I must have exaggerated, but several of these orders are dated slightly later than that. I’m not aware of setting any transit times myself – I thought I was just obeying rules.
