Registering for AE / UAE acct
Anyone else trying to go though this registration / Acct set up? I just cant get the system to accept that the info on my passport is the same as the info I have typed in !grrr I have opened a case with AE support, and they keep closing it with no action, and no response… im scratching my head now! lol

I have already successfully registered on the Amazon UAE marketplace without any issues. Are you sure it’s just the passport which they are rejecting, everything else is fine?
The passport should display both pages and I would recommend taking a photo as opposed to submitting a scan.
Maybe you could also post the communication which you received from Amazon regarding the matter, to see if anyone would be able to help.

While creating an account on amazon.ae.
When we reach to few last steps… We have to enter VAT/GST registration number.
But in the first option of COUNTRY / REGION, There is no option for UAE. So I’m unable to complete the registration.
