My Amazon account suspended as soon as I changed the charge method
Hi Folks,
My amazon account was ok from so many weeks then I decided to change the charge method from my local country bank account to transferwise account and I have replaced the charge method from my local country’s bank account to virtual card from transferwise. As soon as within 24 hours, I received email from amazon that your account has been suspended. Please assist how can I recover, as I have submitted all the relevant documents but still my account is not recovered.

This is normal once verified should be back up within 24-48 hours of you submitting whatever information they require

No I changed only the charge method to virtual card for transferwise and then shared with then my transferwise account statement as well.
Guys can anyone give me support call number?
