To Whom It May Concern

I hope you are doing well.

At the date of 26/09/2024, I have been inforned by Amazon Seller Performance Team that my listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement addressing inauthentic complaints

I belive there is a missunderstanding with respect to to the listings that I have.

Let me state the reasons as follows.

All the products that are available in my store has been purchased by Amazon Prime USA (Amazon.com). The related invoices arising from these purchases are available enclosed

As you may notice ,the invoice addresses are exactly the same with warehouse that I have a contract with. Attached, you may see the related documents corresponding to my contract with warehouse.

On top of the aforementioned evidences, I would like to kindly state that the Amazon Health of my account is 264/1000 which puts me ahead of many sellers. Also, even though 2900 pieces of these product has been sold by my store, there is neither a complaint from any of my customers nor any feedback regarding the inauthentic products.

In the light of the above-sorted informations and my current Amazon Health score, I kindly request you to re-activate my account. Your kind assistance will highly be appreciated.

I would like to take your kind attention to the one other significant point.

The supplier of the products that I have purchased from AKINOCAK LTD. is amazon.com.

As I believe this would also support the subject matter of the below e-mail, I hereby kindly share the further documentation enclosed. You may see the necessary informations at the bottom of the attached invoices.
