Not able to complete listing

Hi Guys,

I am new on Amazon and I cannot complete my second listing. I have bought some thermal water bottles and the brand is already on amazon although the product is not available.
The supplier has not provided me any product ID so I have bought barcodes on barcodemania but they are not recognised by amazon and my listing is blocked.
I have error 5461.
Can someone help me please?
