Not Authorised..Pick a different merchant or marketplace

Hi

I used the same email to all the marketplaces(US,CA,AE,SA,UK,DE,FR,IT,ES)
From January 2021 I could not find my EU marketplaces(UK,DE,FR,IT,ES) at the drop down list.
I had sent several emails to seller performance team but no reply
Without entering the account I could not use call back service,or any other help
Only the message comes up the screen is
Not authorised pick a different merchant or marketplace
There is no issue with the US,CA,AE and SA marketplaces
There is no issue with buying products via this account

Could anybody help me to get my account back

Wasn’t the issue you were no longer working for the company but still trying to access the account, or am i confusing that with another post?

If its a separate issue to as pointed out by Demel the two channels are separate but can be connected and all show in one dash as you had them before hen you go into settings it can be added back

How, when you have you opened yet another account today? This just complicates matters and makes it even harder to resolve.

Hi Guys

Really sorry for the delay response as I had system issue
I was working for ATA Aspirations until March 2019.When I was working for them I am the person created their Amazone account and handled
I had my own company ATARTS and open an Amazon account for my company in November 2019
There is no issue to use my account until Dec 2020
I could not use my account to contact seller support because of this “Not authorised…” issue
According to one Amazon buyer support advise I used the same details but different email to open a Amazon new seller account only for contact purpose
As I expected Amazon suspended my account and mentioned that I have to resolve the previous account issue
To be honest I don’t know the reason for that suspension
I mentioned all of these to them via my new account email
But I receive the same auto reply from them
My sales balance also there
Could anybody advise me how can I get my ATARTS account back
