Chargeback dispute! Link of the shipper

Hello! This is my first chargeback dispute since I started selling in 2020. And Amazon is asking me to provide the following information:

--Confirmation that the order was shipped.

-- Date the order was shipped.

-- The name of the carrier used.

-- Link of the shipper.

-- Delivery confirmation or tracking number along with signed proof of delivery, if available.

-- Return and refund policy, as well as the cancellation policy.

-- The return shipping address that your customer should use in order to return the merchandise in exchange for credit.

The order was shipped and delivered on-time and I also bought the USPS shipping label through Amazon

I need help. My question is: when they ask for the Link of the Shipper, are they asking for the shipper/seller's Amazon storefront link? Thank you.

I would think it's the link for USPS.

Hello! @Seller_caxg0X2SvxRpR

Thank you for using the Forums. I wanted to follow up on your post, the link of the shipper is the carrier website.

It would be good if you can include the carrier website link that directs to the tracking number used for the order.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Roberto
