I've had no sales for a month has never happened before

I don't know why as I normaly get 5-10 orders per month. (more than that a few years ago) My account health is in good standing & my items show in searches. I've been selling on Amazon for over 14 years

UPDATE: I had 4 orders in one day, exactly a month since my last. When I got back from the P.O. to send them, I had another order waiting
