Chinese companies selling wrong products on my listing
Hello, I need your help! I have a successful Amazon FBA private label product. My product is a unique variation of an existing product. There are similar products being sold but mine has unique graphics that set it apart from others. I have a licensing agreement with the patent holder to sell the product and I also am Brand Registered.
There are several chinese companies that have piggybacked and started selling on my listing. They are not selling my exact product (they don't have my unique stickers) and now I am getting tons of 1 star reviews from customers who received the wrong product!
How can I keep these companies from selling counterfeit products on my listing?
How can I get the reviews removed from people who bought products from imposter sellers and never received my product?
I have tried reporting abuses to Amazon without any success.

I have reviewed your listing.
Unfortunately, according to the USPTO website, you filed for your trademark on Feb. 14, 2024. This means that you do not have a registration number yet. You only have a serial number for your trademark.
You will get your registration number in a couple of months and it will be much easier to report counterfeit sellers like the one on your listing. For now, you must do a test buy. There is no other way to attempt and report this seller. Once you have purchased from this seller, write down the order number and wait a very long time for your order to arrive as this will come from Anhui, China.
If your order manages to arrive, you can report the seller from your brand registry page as a copyright infringement violation (a very valid one). However, the way you have constructed your listing will make it very likely that your violation submission will get denied.
I understand that your selling category calls for your items to be as unbranded as possible. I can assume that your type of client will want to purchase items that are unbranded. Unfortunately, this makes it very easy for black market sellers to counterfeit your item and get away with it.
For the sake of your brand, I strongly recommend that your feature your brand logo on your detail page many times both on your main images and A+ content (which you do not have right now).
I barely see your brand mentioned on the detail page which, I imagine, is what motivated this Chinese seller to print the identical item and sell if from China. In China, it is considered a more noble thing to copy something and sell it for less (As the customer pays less so the appearance is like its desirable but ignores quality completely).
In addition, brand registry will also require a "manufacturer link" as proof that you hold the copyright so I suggest making a website as well.
