Pre Applied Refunds
Anyone else have an issue with Pre Applied Refunds to customers?
Its time Amazon had this as an option for Sellers to select or not. If its an FBA return, fair enough but not for sellers who fulfil customer orders, we should be able to turn it off.
Also having to pay postage costs on returns even though we include a return label for free return postage and also message customers asking them to use our label.

Do you mean refund at first scan ?
Have you exempted your goods over £100 ?
Is your own returns label fully tracked ?

It has been this way for a year now.
You can’t turn it off, unless its an ASIN over £100.
You are free to include your own return label, but I would warrant that most customers will throw away any paperwork in the parcel, hence they use amazons return label system.
While you do pay for all return labels up front, depending on the product type and return reason, amazon should deduct the return label costs from the refund at first scan.
Though, as your name contains Watch - its possible that your items are free returns irregardless.
