review disappeared after ASIN merge

We had two ASINs for the same product: one was listed on the USA marketplace and the other on the Canadian marketplace.

After they were merged, all the Canadian reviews disappeared. I've submitted multiple tickets, but no one has been able to fix this. We lost all our reviews. I wouldn't have agreed to the merge if I had known this would happen. Additionally, the merge was executed by the support team.

Does anyone know of any workaround or tips to persuade support to help? Our product isn't selling without those reviews.
