i have looked at some of the comment for the other people having the issues and i cant see why it would not be registering, i'm not leaving spaces, i am adding the information before shipping...
do i just contact the support, which is useless for sellers ( or at least that is what i am finding)

Download your vtr defect report, maximise all columns and post a screenshot to this message. It should then be easy to work out what the problem is.

i have gone from 100% to 0% this is not possible at all... i have shipped everything with tracking details, the tracking number the company.
i am tired of trying to get someone to answer from the support team..

They must have changed something back-end at Amazon. I have also gone from 100% to 0%. I used to enter everything manually for the US site as I could get better rates than buying shipping through amazon. I have now linked my parcel2go account with Amazon which automatically updates delivery and tracking info....still showing as 0% even though all the info is there. I have contacted seller support and showed them the downloaded VTR report, detailing all the tracking info. They basically do nothing and don't help. On my UK account, all shipping is booked through amazon and that is still at 100%. I just think it's a grab from Amazon to force you into buying shipping through them

Would be useful to know which courier you are shipping with and what service you are using with them.
As other said share a screenshot of your VTR defect report. If you are unable to do this provide some example tracking numbers for people to look at.

To maintain a healthy Valid tracking rate (VTR):
• Purchase shipping labels through Amazon’s Buy Shipping services.
• Choose carriers from the drop-down menu that are integrated with Amazon, listed below. These carriers provide real-time tracking status to Amazon.
• Verify that the carrier name, shipping service, and tracking ID are entered correctly and belong to the same carrier.
• Confirm, and update if necessary, the tracking information before the carrier delivers the package. If the tracking information is confirmed or updated after the package is delivered, that means the customer was not able to track the order. This is not useful to the customer and it will impact your VTR metric.
• Tracking IDs need to have at least one carrier scan to be valid.

did you add the tracking on the app which is what I did and it doesn’t transfer over to the seller central take a look on the seller central and check you might find all your tracking boxes are empty amazon needs to sort this out

I have also added every single tracking number to my confirmations of despatch yet I have a VTR of circa 8%. I use Yodel which I select from the dropdown menu, then I select "Other" as the service I use is not listed, and then I enter "Direct".
