Missing Amazon Prime designation?

I have sent my first 4 shipments of books to Amazon FBA, I see my books for sale but they don’t show the Amazon Prime designation. I understood one of the main reasons for using FBA was that it would indicate Prime and be next day delivery which is appealing to many buyers. All my books show deliveries after about 4 days?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, but look at the picture i posted above which showed the different editions. Each of them is a different listing and you are only on one of them. When you search by title Amazon won’t show the five different editions, it’ll only choose the “master” edition.

Buyers need to click the little arrow to choose which edition they want to look at. So in your case you’d click the £110 version then you can see there are multiple versions available.

I must be doing something wrong because when I search Amazon UK for that title I don’t even see my book for sale. How did you search to find it?

Once you get to the listing you need to view the sellers. Also there are 5 editions of that book - most of them will be duplicates and you’ll only be on one of them.

I find the book and it has an image of it but it says the only hardcover is £110 and currently out of stock. It doesn’t show any other used copies. I tried to copy and paste the message but its pretty messy.

So you are searching by the title in the book section of Amazon UK and you find it?

I searched by the ASIN you gave, but like i mentioned there are 5 different hardback editions showing for that book. The one you’ve found in search is not the version you are listed against. The book catalogue is a bit of a mess, as you can see from the image below which shows one edition was apparently published in 1600 and two different editions were supposedly released in the same year.

I’m guessing you don’t have Prime as a buyer? If not, it won’t show and will make your delivery view as longer - only to non-Prime accounts though.

That explains it! I don’t have Prime. My wife does, so I’ll check her account.

Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it.
