Product not updating in editor
Hi, i am resonably new to the platform, i have about 15 products listed on amazon.co.uk,
however on a few of my products when i edit them the changes don’t appear on the product listing page, the listing is a parent child listing for multiples of the same product, i have tried edititing each of the childs, but i have also edited the parent, and nothing has updated.
have any of you seen this issue, i have emailed amazon, however they just tell me there system doesn’t show any changes.

Sometimes takes 72 hours, sometimes it never updates, and you need to raise a case and ask SS to manually do it - i’ve had this on Variations time and time again. I’ve got a load where the description had BOLD tabs unclosed so half the text was bold, and i changed that on the parent, but it never flooded to the child products. even when SS manually did it, it only ever updated half the child products. i gave up!
also note, its not your listing, even if you made it, so you updating it doesn’t mean it gets ‘accepted’ by the bots.

when you speak with SS does it eventually get updated, or am i safer just listing individual products?
