Does RM delivery confirmation count as VTR, or does it need to go fully tracked?

Yes delivery confirmation of RM24 and RM48 counts towards VTR - as does 1st and 2nd Class Parcels (but not letters or large letters)

Signed for is also acceptable

And ALL postage bought through amazon buy shipping is acceptable for VTR
