AVASK- ATS Shipments no longer working

When creating a workflow, if I select AVASK as the broker, and UPS non-partner carrier as the shipper, the delivery address would display the UK address for us to ship to. Now, it shows a German address.

When I send the info to the broker through the shipment workflow, our shipment isn't apearing in our AVSK dashboard, and we don't get an invoice for brokerage fees (usually this happens within 5 mins, it has been about a week now).

Anyone else having problems/ heard anything from AVASK/ Amazon? I've emailed AVASK, but heard nothing back.

Yes, I’m also having the same problem. Created a shipment on Friday normally, but as of yesterday have been getting the same issue where the French address doesn’t change to the U.K. address when selecting Avask and UPS (non partnered carrier) option.

I haven’t been able to get through to Avask and they are normally very good with their support. Amazon support useless as usual!

Have you been able to get any support on the issue? It would be nice to at least know they are aware of the issue and working on it.
