i dont have amazon seller call me button

there isnt any call me now button. i really need help for my amazon brand register support. i have done everything in the correct way, but they keep send me the same email, like automatic email or they dont even check my application properly.

Are you on the professional selling plan (pay £30 a month) ? I believe the call button is only available if you are.
