Inquiry on Selling Hazmat Products on Amazon and Program Eligibility
Hello everyone,
I'm interested in selling hazmat products through FBA, specifically perfumes, on Amazon and understand that joining the hazmat program is a prerequisite. Could someone guide me on how to determine my eligibility for the program and outline the necessary requirements? Additionally, I came across information mentioning a waitlist for the program. How does one get on this waitlist, and is Amazon currently accepting new applications? As a new seller, I'm also curious to know if this status impacts my application in any way.

Hello @Seller_rwWeQOrK3kiqZ and welcome to Amazon! To sell dangerous goods through FBA, follow that link and see the section titled Enroll in the dangerous goods program. To join the waitlist, select FBA dangerous goods program there, click Next, then click Apply to the FBA dangerous goods program.
- Review the compliance legislation and regulations.
- Provide complete and correct information about your products.
- Upload a complete, correct, and up-to-date SDS or exemption sheet.
