Attempting to work through a 8572 error

I am working through loading a batch of new products into my catalog but I am getting a 8572 error indicating the GTIN/SKU is not valid. I created a Case ID: 13801789951 to see if Support could resolve this. I have provided GS1 cert that the UPC registered to my company, verified UPC numbers with GS1, and provided everything to Support.

Support recommended getting a GTIN exemption and loading without a Product ID. I tested this on one product and it still provided a 8572 error. This occurring on all 7 of the products I am attempting to load with more on the way...

The fact that the same error still occurs with the GTIN exemption indicates it is an Amazon glitch issue. I am hopeful someone can provide insight into my issue.

Hi there @Seller_cKfWrgW3csKsH,

Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with Error 8572. I've reviewed your case and have a few additional questions. The most common reason for this error is that the UPC is not identified as Valid. This can be due to the UPC from GS1 being fairly new and that Amazon is waiting for updates from GS1 to validate the UPCs. The other reason the UPC could be identified as invalid is because the Brand information that you provided for your product to GS1 doesn't match exactly what you are providing to Amazon as the Brand name.

Please review your GS1 information and please get back to me and I can see what I can do to escalate. Thank you for your understanding.

-Glenn
