Closing my Amazon Account - Amazon won't reply!

Been trying since end of March to close my Amazon account. Accept needed stock returned so waited for that (astronomical fees also) but had to raise ticket to request this - done so nearly a month ago no reply! Will they still charge me for having an open but unused account and do I need it shut to close my limited company down or is not trading enough for this please. Cannot get any contact through Amazon so poor.

Is your account deactivated for any reason - if so you cannot close a deactivated account - you would need to get it reactivated and then close it. Have you had your stock returned now ?

To stop the £30 a month professional plan fee you need to downgrade the plan to individual. Go to Settings - account info - manage your services, sell on Amazon - sell on amazon again - then click on the 'individual' button.

Closing your limited company is a different matter - I would think you need to do that before closing your Amazon account (but not sure as I'm not Ltd, so need to check it out)
