Overcharged FBA Fees for Multiple Orders to Same Buyer and Address

As a seller on Amazon, I rely on accurate and fair fees to ensure that my business is profitable. I understand that FBA fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each individual item, and that multiple items shipped together should result in a reduced FBA fee. However, I have noticed that I have been -€30 charged full FBA fees for orders that were shipped together to the same location.

I noticed that too. They charge the shipping fees for each item even though it is all shipped in one package to one customer.
Those are their terms, there is nothing you can do against it.

It's true that FBA fees are calculated per unit.
For multiple items with quantity 'n' in an order, this results in 'n' times higher fees.
The Crux: Not all "single orders" translate to "single shipments". Amazon stores products across various fulfillment centers. If ordered items aren't located in the same warehouse, partial shipments may occur - leading to correspondingly higher internal costs for Amazon per delivery. The per-unit fee is a mixed calculation and, compared to self-fulfillment and standard DHL, is generally more cost-effective.

Welcome to FBA. In the past there was a shipping fee for the first item and then there was just a minor additional fee for the following items. Amazon discovered/realized that they can charge the seller 10x the shipping fee, if the customer decides to order 10x units from the same ASIN.
Your only solution for this scenario is offering your ASIN as a new variant in so called case packs
Downside: Customers might order case packs and return them with units missing. You can't do a thing about that, but you will of course lower shipping fees per case pack that a customer orders to similar cost of single item shipping fees.
