Cant reactivate account. Verify personal Information (KYC) - Going round in circles

We have the same issue. I had followed the instructions given in the message sent by amazon to how to reactivate my account(2nd image). As my account has been deactivated because they need additional information so I followed the instruction in the message and select the "Reactivate" button and follow the journey to the support page. When I select the option to " Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate may account" it takes me back to the my "Account Health" page, which has the "Reactivate Account" button. Its an eternal loop with no way to get help.
This ridiculous and atrocious customer service. Does anyone have an idea how we can actually supply the information amazon needs to reactivate my account.
Can someone please HELP!!
