Sudden Buy Box lost / Featured Offer ineligible

We are experiencing an issue where our account has suddenly lost all Buy Boxes/Featured Offer eligibility without any apparent reason. Our account health metrics are completely normal, and we have not received any performance notifications from Amazon to indicate a problem.
For example:
• ASIN: B00WZQTCS8
Even when our offer is the lowest price with fast delivery, or in some cases the only competitive offer, the listings still show “No Featured Offer.”
I have attached a screenshot of ASIN B00WZQTCS8 as an example, which clearly demonstrates this.
Based on recent discussions in the forums, it seems this issue is impacting a number of sellers, not just us. We’d greatly appreciate any insight from other sellers or clarification from Amazon on whether this is a technical error or an intentional change in Featured Offer eligibility.

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious issue that you also helped this seller with. It has affected my Amazon Seller account since 18 November 2025.
From this date, my account unexpectedly lost Featured Offer/Buy Box eligibility across all of my listings (400+), despite many of my offers being priced competitively—often below the current Featured Offer. As a result, my sales have dropped significantly and my account performance has been heavily impacted.
I have contacted Seller Support multiple times (LATEST CASE ID: 11737576252), but unfortunately the responses I have received have been generic, citing standard Buy Box eligibility criteria instead of addressing the underlying issue. They also only investigate one or two ASINS but this is occurring on all 400+ of my listings.
After conducting further research and speaking with other sellers, it appears that this situation may be linked to a bug/glitch on the system. THEREFORE, I AM URGENTLY REQUESTING AN INTERNAL BUY BOX SPECIALIST REVIEW MY CASE.
