Unable to reactivate seller account

I’m really baffled, so any help would be appreciated. We have never sold on Amazon before but have completed registration. The account is currently deactivated (for reasons unknown) but we just keep encountering a loop when selecting ‘reactivate account’. There is also a notice to rectify any violations but this is currently ‘zero’ and as I said before, we have never sold on Amazon before. Also, I can’t seem to contact Amazon support as this takes us on another loop. Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks!

If you have recently signed up this is quite normal while Amazon verifies the documents you have submitted. Verification can take weeks, sometimes months.

If you've been here quite a while and never sold anything Amazon bots will deactivate an inactive account as it is serving no purpose for Amazon. You'll probably have to go through verification again.

Completing registration is not the same as your seller account being fully verified. ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst they verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID details and business info.

As said, it can take a while, especially if they find any details that are not matching.

Hello @Seller_xUWllQKgLXEbg,

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

I've confirmed with the partner team that they sent a communication on July 24th in the Performance Notification section of Seller Central. This communication outlines the documents required for activating your account.

Have you had a chance to review this communication and provide the requested documents?

Kind regards,

Sarah.
