Cross Border Fulfillment between UK and EU
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your support as always. We have been VAT registering in the required EU countries for PAN EU FBA and this is now complete.
We were looking to send our first shipment to France however based on the above announcement that cross border will soon be back in place will this include PAN-EU stock transfers and not just direct fulfilment of orders in europe?
Eg.
If we have stock in the UK and are VAT registered across PAN EU will Amazon now FC Transfer stock across to the countries in Europe from the UK without further action from us? Or will we still need to complete a separate ship to one of the PAN-EU countries?

No Amazon will not transfer your stock between the EU and the UK. They would have to do a customs process for that and they will not undertake such a burden, and would be unable to with products that they do not even own.
Cross Border Fulfillment is just what the name implies, your product is fulfilled across a border, for example sending your product from the UK straight to a customer in the EU.

B2B customs process is way more compliated and time consuming than B2C. It is very hard to compare the two.
