Can't Add Listing Photo
I am trying to add a new photo to my listing and it seems to upload fine, then when I click Publish, it directs me to the Offer tab and makes me type in quantity, production time, and restock date even though the info is there. I click Publish and it makes me enter it again... and again... won't ever let me publish the listing with the new photo. Amazon issue?

I'm sorry for the difficulties that you are having with adding your product images. With errors like this, I suggest that you do standard troubleshooting by clearing the browser cashe and cookies. If it still occurs I'd screenshot the error and reach out to Seller Support to review as troubleshooting these errors sometimes requires technical assistance. You can use catalog > image upload.
It works for me.

Yes major issue i AM HAVING THE SAME THING with handling time and so far 3 days of amazon support got me nowhere

If Amazon is in the process of taking your listing down for some reason, no image will appear and when you try to upload the image it will appear to accept your new photo only to have it not show. If they are taking down your listing there is little to be done. Hope this isn't the case for you.

I am having the same issue. I am trying to copy a current listing and add new pictures and descriptions. Then when I hit publish it goes to the offer page and asks for quantity, days to produce and restock date. I have never put a restock date in because all our products are made on demand. I have a quantity and production time in the boxes but it still won't take it. I am so frustrated.

I am having the same exact problem. Many cases created no intelligent response. Amazon just keeps telling me they can not duplicate the problem in their end which is completely bogus. I tried everything they recommended using different computers, different browsers, clearing memory etc. At this point it is obvious to me they have a buggy upgrade they don't know how to fix it.
I am so sick of computer generated responses to the real problems.

It looks like Amazon finally fixed the issue. Although they never admitted it is their fault now I am able to add new items and edit existing items.

I am having trouble adding photos to my listed products. I have photos I have taken personally and have added filters. When I upload the photos, it says "Suppressed," and they won't show up. The size is correct, but the only thing I can think of is that the box is supposed to be 85% full. Based on the size of my photos, in which they are wide lengthwise and short height wise, There is a lot of white showing. I'm not sure how I can change the size of the photo without cropping out too much of the original, and I can't make them any higher. Please help.
