Just once a day - both on my laptop and using the app. I use Chrome so maybe try with a different browser?

It's been happening a lot recently on the website.
It's happened a few times with the Android app this past week.

Used to be quite often, but the issue seems to have rectified itself. Had to re-sign in on every refund.
