How to check on Amazon payments against orders
Hi,
I am relatively new to FBA…
Any feedback/suggestions on how I can cross reference and check I have been paid for each order I receive?
Also, what are the best book keeping tools that link well with Amazon FBA.

Lick your finger and stick it in the air. If the wind is blowing from the West it means that Amazon have the information you need. If it’s blowing from the East, try again another day.
The simplest, serious, answer is “Reports > Payments > Date Range Reports > Monthly Transactions”
HOWEVER…
- The reports have been unavailable until mid-month for the last couple of months.
- They would only actually tally with the accounts on a month-end, but are never available exactly on month-end.
if you’re looking for something that will import everything for you, then consider Xero / Quickbooks / etc… But you’d also need a subscription to something else like ‘A2X’, all of which can get very pricey depending on your sales model.
