How to send pallet with new 'Send to Amazon' workflow?

We send lose units on a pallet to Amazon, and in the old workflow the entire pallet would be treated as 1 box.

When trying to send a pallet with the new workflow I get an error that boxes cannot be these dimensions.

The products have always been received by Amazon without issue as lose on a pallet, and boxes just add more hassle.

Does anyone know how we can use the new workflow to send in a pallet as 1 box? I’ve attached a screenshot of the section that stumps me.

Thanks in advance.

You have a single box weight of 440kg. When that’s obviously the pallet weight! :slight_smile:

And even if you have been sending in boxes of that size, they are over the limit and it’s a wonder that they haven’t been refused previously. So you need to change the boxes themselves, to fit within the dimensions.
The only time you can exceed them, is if they are oversize items and only fit in a single box.

And I’ve just realised that you said previously, you were sending in loose on a pallet.
There really is no reason why you can’t continue to do so.
You give the dimensions for the single item instead of a box.

Thanks @The_Little_Shop for the reply, but that doesn’t help from what I can see.

Step 1b is asking for box sizes, but doesn’t accept pallet size. All SKUs are lose on a pallet.

I cannot select it is a pallet until step 4.

In the previous workflow, I could select it is all in one box, and it didn’t ask for dimensions then.

@NEil
Just wanted to clarify - there are some 600 units on the pallet. They are small, but stack really well individually so we’ve always been able to send them in lose. However, if we put in the size of 1 unit, it doesn’t like it saying the cubic dimensions/ weight are not as expected.

OK, well you have both convinced my to proceed with wacky dimensions for this. Wish me luck :sweat_smile:
